general shipping information

When will my orders be shipped? 

When your order is received, a confirmation will be sent directly to the email address you provide. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail. Orders placed on Monday till Friday will be sent out in 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be send out on Monday.  

where are you located?

We are located at the Czaar Peterstraat 128, Amsterdam. Do you want to pick-up and order? No problem: select store pick-up at checkout (not available during Dutch Corona Lockdown (December 15 till January 19)  

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes for orders over 100 euros we offer free shipping in the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, and the UK.

Where is my order

If you haven’t received your package within five working days, please contact us by e-mail (hello@thecollectionone.com) with your order number and the date you ordered. We will take care of it.

Unfortunately, at this moment we can't offer pick-up in store. We do still ship in 24 hours on working days. Do you wish to receive advice?
