Netherlands 5 euro shipping costs, and free shipping over 100 euro
Belgium  6 euros shipping costs, and free shipping over 150 euro
Austria, Denmark, France, and Luxembourg  10 euro shipping costs and free shipping of over 150 euros
Estonia, Italy, Ireland, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, and Hungary  15 euro shipping costs and free shipping over 200 euros
Finland, United Kingdom* and Greece  20 euro shipping costs, free shipping over 200 euro
America, Iceland, Singapore, and other countries*  Shipping costs 30 euro
